In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer’s Rights you may withdraw from Product purchase without reason within 14 days after the delivery receipt, provided that the Products has not been used or damaged anyhow and stays in original package.

The Product returned must be delivered with a written statement of withdrawal from the Contract and a proof of purchase ( a bill). The Shop assures that the Product selling price shall be returned, by bank transfer to account provided by the Client or by post office transfer to the address indicated in the Order. The Product return delivery costs are non refundable.

If after Product delivery you shall detect any technical defects or any other damage which occurred in transport, we kindly ask you to prepare a statement of damage which must include the date and time of delivery, and a detailed description of damage to the Product or any other Product deficiencies. Product replacement is possible only based on the damage statement.

COMPLAINTS

Any Product defects notifications  and claim notices can be sent by email to:   hello@mnomo.pl    (Returns and complaints form) or in written form to 31/33 Zamiejska Street, 80-036 Gdańsk, Poland.

The above mentioned email message should include as much information on the Product and circumstances description as possible, in particular those relating to the type of inaccuracies detected, the date of occurrence and the contact information.  Detailed information as requested shall facilitate and advance the complaint procedures to be carried out by the Vendor.

If necessary for physical defects assessment, please deliver the Product to the address below:   31/33 Zamiejska Street, 80-036 Gdańsk, Poland.

We shall take our position to your Claims without delay, no longer than within 14 days.
